T-Mo Sues Starbucks, but Everybody Else Can Get Their WiFi on.

Sure enough, the on-again, off-again, on-again saga that is AT&T's deal to offer "free" high-speed wireless access at Starbucks has hit another snag.

This time it's T-Mobile that's objecting, filing a lawsuit claiming it has dibs on wireless access at the (ahem) "mom-and-pop coffee shop" through 2009.

The conduct of Starbucks has caused T-Mobile monetary damages and such damages will continue should Starbucks continue its breaching conduct," T-Mobile said in the legal papers.

But in the meantime, AT&T customers still can get their surf on as they fuel up, with a few caveats, of course.
