Review: Plantronics Discovery 640 Bluetooth Headset

Even when just turning the power on by holding the call control button, the LED will flash red three times to indicate a full charge, twice for a moderate charge, or once when the battery has less than 1/3rd charge left.... However, it may be a bit much, as you generally don’t need to carry two extra ear adapters and four small circular charging adapters, but at the very least, it provides home to store all these small items together, instead of trying to remember where you put this or that piece.

Review: mr Handsfree Blue Vision Bluetooth Speakerphone

If your Bluetooth device has stopped responding - and they’ll all do that from time to time - you can tap “Trusted Devices” to get a list of previously paired items that are already set up for use.... Conclusion Mr Handsfree’s Blue Vision works best in a conferencing situation, but it also does its job okay in a car. The company went to a lot of trouble to make the Blue Vision sturdy (possible exception being the visor clip), pumping out admirable audio performance and plenty of volume.

Review: mr Handsfree Butterfly II Headset Enhanced Bluetooth Headset

The manufacturer’s claims its enhancements include: - No middle piece between charger and headsetBluetooth 1.2 instead of 1.1Talk time 10 hrs instead of 8Better sound qualityBetter Bluetooth stability overall Take a look at my previous review and note that the product has been improved without any indication neither in the TreoCentral store nor in the product photos, yet.... If you want an unobtrusive headset, then get the snub nosed designs like the Blue Butterfly and make your callers suffer a bit as background and environmental noises are amplified.

Review: Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth Headset

The button pulls double-duty, acting as both a volume control and as an action button when pressing it in. To pair the Explorer 320, hold the action button in for 6 seconds until the LED continuously blinks blue then red.... While it is certainly a nice-looking headset that is lightweight and has excellent battery life, the poor usability, unacceptable audio abilities, and issues with the Treo make the Explorer 320 a poor choice for a Bluetooth headset.

Review: Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset

Press the Call Control button and the Volume up ( ) simultaneously, start the Bluetooth Wizard on the Treo (from the Bluetooth icon in the upper right hand corner or on the main screen), follow the steps, and enter 0000 to pair the devices.... Here are other features and observations: Transfer is a little slow Can handle two Bluetooth pairings Can get desktop charger Includes a windscreen eartip Supports last number redial, call reject, call transfer This is one of those earpieces that is exactly where you’d expect it to be.

Review: Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset

Last year, I reviewed the Motorola HS850 Headset [Review|Buy] and loved its retractable boom mic that made it easy to turn the device on/off.... The box of the Dolce Gabbana H700 is shiny gold also, and makes for an “Ooooh” feeling as you remove the headset and materials from it.

Review: Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset

There is a myriad of options available for users, from rare flip-boom headsets like the Motorola HS850 to the more traditional Sony Ericsson HBH-600.... One handy feature of Motorola headsets is that the volume buttons switch when you change ears, so Volume Up is always on top.

Review: Jabra BT130 Bluetooth Headset

Near the back of the boom is a spot where you can get your thumbnail in. Lift and slide your nail until two tabs are out, then slide the plate out.... The thing I really didn’t like about the BT130 is how long one has to hold down the action button to turn the thing on and off.
